- Always get answer machine.
- They do not take ownership of issues created by them.
- They talk to you like you are stupid.
- Anything to blame someone else except them. Slippy shoulder syndrome.
We took delivery of a dishwasher. The delivery guys removed the feet, by accident obviously and took them with them. Support person - its the manufacturer's fault...how?
The buttons don't work on the dishwasher. Support person - flick the fuze to the kitchen electric sockets. Really? Not sure I want a device that can blow my fuze just from normal use !! Or maybe you just don't have a clue....?
Will NEVER go use them again.
